Ahh, it looks like an alternately colored form of a butterfly we have in my country, called a Red Admiral Vanessa atalanta [link]

I took a little time and did a little research, and looking for butterflies of Argentina, I came upon a this website [link]
(Since I was guessing that it's in the same family and is related to our Red Admiral, I searched using that criteria.)

Looking under butterflies, [link]
Under the Family: Nymphalidae [link]
Under the Subfamily: Nymphalinae [link]
I came upon this little one :pointr: [link] of which looks closest to the wonderful one you have photographed. ^^

The page indicates it's known as Hypanartia bella but, that's only the "Scientific name," and I can't seem to find a "Common name" so, doing a bit more research under the Scientific name I found, I came upon this page [link] and then this one [link] the second page of which, indicates, if it's correct, that's it's common name, is "Bella Mapwing"
A little more information about this butterfly can be found here: [link] - [link]

It's really a lovely photo, and a wonderful butterfly.
I hope the information I found is useful, and can be of service.....but, I hope it doesn't make me sound rude, insulting, or condescending...:worry:
